  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 or 2 green chilies, finely chopped 
  • ⅓ cup onions – finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 12 to 15 curry leaves
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch asafoetida (hing)
  • ⅓ to ½ teaspoon lemon juice or as required, optional
  • 1 or 1.5 teaspoon urad dal 
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 to 1.5 tablespoon oil
